These GTC apply to all contracts between Biggametravel24, represented by Ostseefair
Consulting UG (limited liability), owner Oliver Fredrich, and customers via the website
biggametravel24.com.

Arrangement and organization of:
Fishing trips
Boat charter
Adventure trips
Additional services
3. Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded upon booking request and written confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit card
PayPal
Klarna
5. Cancellation
Cancellation fees:
Up to 30 days before departure: 0%
29-7 days before departure: 30%
6 days or less before departure / No-show: 100% (full price of the trip is due)
6. Liability
Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal: Refund of payments already made within 14 days.
